As VP and Co-founder of TechSolutions, Rich helps companies improve the way they use technology. He has over 25 years of IT experience and currently consults with over 100 business owners and office managers in the region. Rich is an expert in cybersecurity and the protection of important data.
He started his career in 1993 as an IT instructor at Wilmington’s own Online Consulting. Then, in 1996, he became Network Administrator at the law firm of Morris James Hitchens & Williams. Currently, as the owner of TechSolutions, he consults with many businesses in various sectors in the region. Part of that consulting gig involves explaining complex IT concepts to decision makers in fun and easy-to-understand ways. He has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from NC State and holds various certifications with Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, Dell, Novell, and CompTIA.
