L. J. Nick Callazzo III is President of Resource Specialists, a performance consulting group that he started in 1985. Nick is an internationally known dynamic speaker, corporate consultant and executive coach.
He is a frequent speaker at national conventions on topics that focus on helping executives / managers monitor and measure critical business factors as well as understand social style behaviors and how it impacts developing relationships and achieving success.
He has facilitated entrepreneurial programs at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and was the Executive Director and Chairman of Drexel University’s Entrepreneurial Forum. He is currently an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Wilmington University and at Delaware State University’s College of Business.
As a business consultant and executive coach to over twentyfive of the Fortune 500 companies, he has been involved with Chase, Citibank, BASF, DuPont, Comcast, AT&T, Planalytics, Septa, SafeCo and Unisys.
In addition to being a college professor, Nick held several corporate positions such as: Corporate Training / Development Manager for Siemans, Vice-President of Corporate Performance Systems and President of American Hearing Aide Associates. Nick’s education and experience in developing successful systems for improving performance and increasing profitability make him a value-added resource for not only established organizations but emerging entrepreneurial ventures.
He is a certified facilitator and coach for “EQ and You” leadership workshops based on emotional intelligence by Mental Health Systems, Toronto, Canada and the Hay Group. Also, by the Covey Organization as a Facilitator for the “Seven-Habits of Highly Effective People”.
